Starting with full momentum and accelerating from the outset. On February 8, the Sanjiang factory of Zhejiang Boteli Technology Co., Ltd. fully entered its production phase, marking the "first shot" of the company's New Year operations and unveiling a new chapter in its development. The overall output value for this year is projected to increase by approximately 20% year-on-year.
In the comprehensive workshop of the Sanjiang factory, workers are conducting final inspections on products. Batches of valves that have passed inspection are being methodically packaged according to schedule, ready for sea freight to countries such as Singapore, Brazil, and Russia. "This year's orders are exceptionally tight. We have arranged for employees to work overtime during the Spring Festival, continuing until the 28th day of the lunar calendar, and resuming overtime work from the fourth day of the Lunar New Year to ensure this batch of goods is completed on time," said Gan Jingui, director of the comprehensive workshop at Boteli's Sanjiang factory. Logistics arrangements have already been coordinated, and thousands of valves will be progressively shipped to Singapore, Brazil, the Middle East, Russia, and other countries.
Entering the intelligent production workshop of the Sanjiang factory, journalists observed that all production lines are now fully operational, with each workshop restored to its daily high-efficiency state, presenting a scene of bustling activity. "We officially resumed work on the ninth day of the Lunar New Year, with over 50% of workers returning on the first day. As of today, the return rate has exceeded 90%, meaning nearly all employees are back at their posts," said Yu Qiuhua, Administrative Vice President of Zhejiang Boteli Technology Co., Ltd. Currently, foreign trade orders account for approximately half of the total order volume. The company projects an overall output value increase of about 20% compared to last year, aiming to double the first-quarter performance year-on-year and achieve a strong start to the year.
In recent years, Boteli has intensified its efforts in digital empowerment, accelerating the advancement of intelligent manufacturing modernization. In the Sanjiang production workshop, a digital management cockpit monitors production operations in real time. The production process, from order receipt to finished goods, is displayed on a single screen, maximizing efficiency and minimizing errors, thereby providing critical data support for production management decisions. By adopting advanced digital production technologies, the company is driving industrial upgrading. The successful implementation of ERP and MES information systems enables real-time monitoring of workshop production. Leveraging 5G-connected data systems, the company continues to enhance quality, reduce costs, and improve efficiency.
Currently, Boteli’s order book for 2025 is full, with production schedules already planned through May. Moving forward, the company will further accelerate the integration of digital and physical processes, aiming to seize the "commanding heights" in digital empowerment. This effort is expected to secure a strong performance in the first quarter and contribute to the high-quality development of Yongjia’s pump and valve industry.
